EasyStreet David Brinker

David Brinker

Chief Operating Officer, ScaleOut Software

Mr. Brinker has over 20 years of software industry experience in a variety of operational, sales and financial executive roles. He has served on EasyStreet’s board since 2006. Prior to joining ScaleOut Software, he was CEO and Chairman of Webridge, Inc. As an early employee of Mentor Graphics, he started up Asian operations and grew Mentor’s Pacific business to more than $80M while stationed in the Japan headquarters. Near the end of his twelve years at Mentor, he managed the worldwide field organization, a $400M software sales and consulting business. In addition to raising capital and selling two private businesses, Mr. Brinker holds an Oregon CPA Certificate and spent his early years at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

EasyStreet Jim Johnson

President and Chief Executive Officer, Tripwire

James B. Johnson has served on EasyStreet’s board since 2003. Before joining Tripwire in 2004, Mr. Johnson had spent 27 years at Intel Corporation, where he served as Vice President of the Internet Service Operation and Director of Marketing for the Internet and Communications Group. Mr. Johnson was named TechAmerica Oregon’s 2010 Technology Executive of the Year. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

EasyStreet Bill Lattin

William W. Lattin

Director and Board Chair, Tripwire

Dr. Lattin has served as a director since EasyStreet’s inception in 1995. He spent his career in the semiconductor and electronic design automation industries. Since 2002, Dr. Lattin has served as the President of Lattin Enterprises, a firm that invests in development-stage technology companies. He has served in various executive roles at a number of technology companies. Dr. Lattin also currently serves on the board of directors of RadiSys Corporation and FEI Company. He formerly served on the boards of Adexa and Merix Corporation. Dr. Lattin holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. Dr. Lattin holds seven patents, is a founding member of VHDL International and is a senior member of IEEE.
