EasyStreet Promotes Jack Flug to Vice President of Finance and Operations

Beaverton, Ore.—February 24, 2009—EasyStreet® Online Services Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Flug to Vice President of Finance and Operations. Flug joined the popular Internet Service and IT Infrastructure provider in May 2006 as Director of Finance. He now oversees EasyStreet's financial and engineering/technical staff, providing overall direction as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company finance and operations functions.

Flug brings many years of experience in high tech finance and accounting, including Cadence Design Systems and OrCAD. He is a member of the Oregon Department of Energy's Small Scale Energy Loan Program Committee (SELPAC) and a Board Member and Treasurer of the Equity Foundation. He has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Oregon State University.
