EasyStreet is a founding member of the Northwest Access Exchange (NWAX), a regional Internet exchange with a Point of Presence at EasyStreet. This provides both peering and transit services over a gigabit Ethernet fabric and interconnects nearly 20 major ISP, business, and public/education networks. Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and SAVVIS—four of the best-connected Tier 1 providers in the world—provide EasyStreet's upstream Internet bandwidth. (more)
A number of network security systems protect EasyStreet's network and customer systems. An active Intrusion Detection System (IDS) constantly samples and correlates data from the network to identify scans and attacks, including Denial-of-Service (DoS), instantaneously shutting down an attacker's routes.
Many services are secured behind redundant Check Point firewalls, providing rulesets on a per-customer basis and offering services including Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for secure communications. In addition, our facility is monitored by cameras and is secured through cardkey access. (more)
