Digital Backup for Reliable Data Recovery

Securely back up your data to EasyStreet's electronic vault in a secure off-site data center. Using EasyStreet's rapidly deployed solution, you can remotely control backup and recovery of your data over the Internet.

EasyStreet's secure encryption options ensure that data integrity is never compromised. Your data is encrypted before it leaves your network and during transmission. It remains encrypted even as it is stored on our electronic vault.

Backing up

The electronic vault is located at an off-site data center connected to EasyStreet by Gigabit-Ethernet over a fiber-optic connection. This allows rapid backup and restoration while maintaining backups off-site in the event of a disaster.

• After an initial "seeding" or full copy of the host data, only changed blocks are transmitted to the vault during subsequent backups, unlike traditional services that back up entire files.
• File restoration is a simple drag-and-drop function. Even individual email messages can be restored.
• Data compression and changed-block snapshots enable a standard grandfather-father-son backup scheme to occupy a footprint on the electronic vault similar to that on the host computer. On average, 10GB of source data can be backed up with 22 generations and occupy only 10GB of storage on the electronic vault.
• Agents are available for MS SQL Server, MS Exchange, Oracle, open files and many others.
• Individual customer backup tapes are available for additional disaster protection.
• On-site network attached storage (NAS) is available for initial backup of large amounts of data.
• Prices start at $14.95/GB/month of electronic vault storage, and the price per GB decreases at higher volumes.

Restoring

EasyStreet's Digital Backup is just as easy and fast when recovering data. You can fully manage the process through the web interface.
