Jon’s expertise is to take companies of EasyStreet’s size and attributes to the next level of growth through a high degree of focus on clients and operational excellence. During his career, Jon has held senior executive positions at successful startups and Fortune 500 companies in the telecom, consumer packaged goods and energy industries. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Willamette University.
Since 2006, Jack has provided overall direction and day-to-day management of company financial operations. His in-depth tech industry experience includes Finance Director at Cadence Design Systems. Jack is also an active member on several local boards and committees. He holds a B.S.B.A. with emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Oregon State University.
With 16 years’ in IT enterprise strategy, architecture and operations, Steve is a specialist in corporate IT transformations on local, national and global scale. Previously, Steve developed disaster recovery programs for global, regional and local data centers, and led Wacker Chemical’s deployment of virtualized hosting. He holds a B.S.M.E. from the University of Wisconsin and an M.S. in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon.
John has over 20 years experience defining and executing marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for technology companies. His experience spans working for service providers, solutions providers, and software vendors selling to the communication, networking, and data center industries across the globe. John held senior management positions at Netformx, Xeround, Oracle, and TimesTen. For over a decade, John has been a frequent speaker at leading industry events and contributor for various publications. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Willamette University.
Ben is responsible for leading global sales, sales engineering, and client management. He excels at building sustainable relationships with clients and channel partners. Ben’s past experience includes driving the adoption of enterprise-grade IaaS and also cloud services from SAP and Oracle. He previously worked for Sunguard Availability Services and Parametric Technology Corp (PTC). He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University and a master’s degree in business administration from George Fox University.
Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams, Leslie supports EasyStreet’s evolution into a data driven, team-oriented culture that embraces continuous process improvement in all business functions. Leslie leads the PMO, deployment design engineering, and the origination and structuring functions. She also oversees the Security Information Program in support of office of the CSO. Her team also works closely with the office of the CTO to identify new technologies and get them ready for deployment into production. Leslie has extensive experience in leadership, client relations, and delivering complex solutions having worked for Willamette Education Service District, Education Enterprise Steering Committee, and Clarity Innovations. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College.
Christina has over 18 years of experience in organizational development and human resource management. Her experience ranges from start-up companies to international companies in the industries of technology, manufacturing, financial services, and the U.S. Military. Christina works with all levels of leadership on development strategies to support growth, performance and profitability. Christina has taught as an adjunct professor in the undergraduate business program at Pacific University and the University of Phoenix. She also holds training certifications from Achieve Global leadership series, TDF, DiSC and Eagles Flight. She has developed training programs in the areas of leadership, leading change, performance management, talent management, HR strategies, emotional intelligence, and creating and sustaining organizational culture.
