Continuous Monitoring for Continuous Operation

EasyStreet offers a selection of Active or Passive Monitoring Services for our colocation customers’ applications or hosting infrastructure. These services are based on the Orion Network Performance Monitor (NPM) from SolarWinds®. We use this same system in our NOC to observe every critical aspect of our Managed Services and our own end-to-end network infrastructure.

• Passive monitoring provides self-service access via a web portal for capacity and lifecycle management.
• Active monitoring, for incident and problem management, includes notification and escalation by EasyStreet NOC personnel.
