“We are a new customer for EasyStreet. We are using Postini as a spam filter. We had quite a difficult time before we were able to get it up & functioning. We use another hosting company to manage our domain & there was a lot of difficulty in getting the 2 programs to talk to each other.
Your guys in tech support were great. Kenny (shown above), in particular, went way above the "standard" customer service level. He actually got me & the other hosting company on a conference call & we were finally able to get the problem resolved. I wish that more companies had people like Kenny—the business world would function a lot easier.
