Recovery Time Objective, or RTO, is how long it will take you to recover data from a loss event.

For customers comfortable using backup technology, this option allows them to directly manage all aspects, including providing the software, monitoring the backup jobs, reacting to failed backups and ongoing optimization.
Basic Backup
This level of service is for non-complex environments that require only file-level backups.

Enhanced Backup is for more complex computing environments that are compatible with virtualization technologies. These include MS SQL, MS Exchange, MS-SharePoint or MySQL. Additional features such as data de-duplication and client-specific portals are also available.
Premier Backup
This solution supports the most complex environments, including requirements for UNIX, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, Lotus Notes, Documentum and others.
Premier Backup provides SnapProtection and offline mining tools for Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint instances.
