This page provides all the information to keep you up to date on our plans to retire our McAfee SaaS Email Security Solutions (formerly MX Logic and McAfee SaaS). Please rest assured that our primary goal is to make this a non event and transition you to a new service smoothly.

Why is this service being retired?
We have been using McAfee’s Email Security Solutions, now owned by Intel, for some customers wanting more control of over spam and email security.
Intel decided to retire this service effective January 11, 2017.
Intel is not offering a new service or migration capabilities.
What service are we offering going forward?
We identified a new service with comparable capabilities from DuoCircle.
After a careful evaluation, we believe this service will best serve our customers.
We are in final testing using some of our own email accounts to ensure we have worked out all the details for a smooth migration.
Please be on the lookout for emails from our support team which will provide additional details about the migration to this new service.
Key dates and milestones
- Notification to customers: October 19, 2016
- DuoCircle final selection: November 15, 2016
- Update to customers: November 16, 2016
- Migration start with notification to customers impacted: November 28, 2016
- Migration starts: December 5, 2016
- Migration complete: December 23, 2016
- MX Logic/McAfee service termination: January 11, 2017
What can I expect during the migration?
Our goal is to make this as easy as possible and preserve the experience you now enjoy.
Our team will create new accounts and get them setup on DuoCircle.
We will schedule the cutover and give you plenty of notice ahead of the maintenance window.
We expected the cutover to last less than 15 minutes.
During the maintenance window, you should not experience any disruptions.
Will pricing change?
Pricing will stay the same. You may see a different description in your bill starting in January but nothing else changes.

- MX Enterprise Defense
- MX Enterprise Defense Fee
- MX Logic Enterprise Defense
- MX Ultimate Access Fee
- MX Ultimate Access Mailbox
- MX Ultimate Defense Fee
